Information submitted through the AI Visibility Audit form may include:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company or brand
- Website
- Role, if provided
- Competitor information, if provided
- Any additional message content you choose to include
Why it is collected
This information is collected for the purpose of responding to your audit request, understanding your brand and audit requirements, and related business communication about that request.
How it is handled
Submissions are stored in BrandTribe's own systems and are not published or exposed through this website. They are accessible only to BrandTribe. The website does not require an account and does not ask for payment details.
Requests and corrections
If you would like your submitted information corrected or removed, reply to the correspondence relating to your audit request and BrandTribe will action it.
This page will be extended with legal entity details, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific commitments once those are confirmed.
